Bonus video: Jeremy Roloff and Jacob Mueller crash into a yacht

TLC released an interesting bonus video from the British Island vacation. It's worth watching; it should have made it into the actual episode that aired.

It features Jeremy and Mueller in a two-man sail boat. They flip, their boat somewhat crashes into an expensive yacht and a bunch of angry British men yell at them. This also marks the first time that Jacob Mueller actually speaks directly to the camera.

That was epic! LOL! I'm glad they were able to laugh it off. I hate it when a bunch of uptight people start yelling their heads off about something.

Are you kidding? Those two fools have no respect for anyone or anything. It was an expensive yacht. They had every right to be angry that two slack-jawed teenagers were scratching up their expensive ship.

Jeremy and Mueller laughing about it was reprehensible. Those two deserve each other.

Oh David, relax. It was an accident. They tried to stop it. As the kids say "chill".

Anne, did you watch the video? It wasn't that they hit it. It was their attitude about it. "This is awesome". They have no respect and they showed no remorse.

How would good old Jeremy react if some punk kids crashed a couple of grocery carts into the side of his precious BMW and then laughed about it?

What a bunch of punks.

They're 18 year old kids, David. You're being too hard on them. So were the jerks in the boat. There was no reason to yell at the boys like they did.

I'm with David. I like them less after watching this video. They caused damage to the boat, they could have caused serious damaged. They showed a total disregard to the other people's property.

Anne b - If Jake had done it, would you use his age as an excuse? Just asking since you're excusing two adults as being 18 year old kids who just don't know better and who needed a cuddle and a kiss on the head for the small accident?

Btw - for those who do tend to freak over things like this - Jake clearly also went out on a catamaran and unlike big bro "child" Jeremy, apparently didn't hit any yachts. :)

Chillax. You are no fun, seriously. Go watch a show that doesn't make you mad.

What is wrong with them? I don't blame them for falling, but their attitude was disgraceful. How about apologizing and you hope you didn't cause too much damage?

Laughing about it is just rude and disrespectful.

Par for the course for those two.

What does Jake have to do with this Rap? Yes, if Jake's sail boat had fallen and drifted into the big ship, I would have said to relax also. They didn't mean to do it.

Just that Jake is held accountable as an adult at 12 while his almost 19 year old brother is a child who musn't be yelled at. :)

When Jeremy screws up, poor child Jeremy! Don't say anything mean! He's a 19 year old child, you mean child haters!

When Jake screws up, he's 12, old enough to take it like a man, the brain damaged brat and family shame!

It's so easy to dislike Jeremy and Mueller. And I do!

Does Mueller bring out the most obnoxious side of Jeremy or would he be as bad if he was with another one of his friends?

Like someone said, falling is forgiveable. Accidentally bumping their ship is excusable. But laughing about it? That's 12 year old bratty boy behavior.

Haha. Boys will be boys!

It was an accident, but they have no class.
Have Jeremy and Mueller been so spoiled they have no concept of what property means to others?

I have seen some people say Jeremy is mature, but this shows how immature he really is.

Oh please people. I just love how people here are all such angles. Do you remember being 19?

They didn't hit the boat intentionally, and they acted the way that they did because they were trying to be cool about it. GIVE ME A BREAK people. You can't see what damage they caused, so you can't say they damaged the boat.

You have to remember you are watching a reality show. Kids will be kids. You don't hear about Jeremy and Mueller going around and destroying property intentionally. Those types of kids are punks, not Jeremy and Mueller.

I totally agree, College Educated. A lot of people here must have been pretty perfect when they were 19. Weird how that happens, huh?

Have to agree with College Educated. It clearly shows that both boys were doing everything in their power to prevent hitting the yacht and I really don't think they seemed disrespectful.
If they did cause any damage then I'm sure the Brits in the yacht would have come after them for compensation or at least a reprimand and I didn't see any of that.
Don't care for Amy AT ALL but I love Jeremy and Matt. Lukewarm on the others

Their attitude was terrible. They were disrespectful. It was an accident, but you have to be respectful about it.

If you're driving an expensive car in the winter when it is snowy and icy out, if the car behind you slides and bumps into you, that's an accident.

If they get out of the car when you come to see what damage they caused and they're laughing and talk about how awesome it was....that's being completely classless.

I don't know how much damage they caused, but Jeremy or Mueller in the video said they didn't cause "too much" damage. They still probably scratched it up.

Like David said, how would Jeremy react if someone accidentally slammed into his BMW (all of them!) and then laughed about it? Judging by Jeremy's "Jake better not touch my car when I'm not around", I think Jeremy would have been furious if he was one of the Brits on the boat and the guys who hit it acted like Jeremy and Mueller did. They have no respect.

Perfect at 19? No. I was too busy flying into hot LZ's & ducking bullets at 19 to be perfect.I was hardly a "child".

My stepfather owns a yacht and one time got hit by a bunch of 15 yrs olds in a catamaran the difference with Jeremy and Muller was that the kids stay and wait to see if the damage was going to cost a lot in that case they were ready tor response for it, they even ask for a radio, not like Jeremy and Muller that just laugh about it... they really need a reality check

Anonymous said...

They weren't laughing about it while it was actually happening, so you can't really use the car accident scenario.

I think perhaps the truth is somewhere between "Those disrespectful punks intentionally rammed the boat and laughed like spoiled rich boys" and "those poor sweet boys were just living life and those mean people how dare they yell at those sweet christian boys who were just loving Jesus and respectfully offering to pay for damages."

The truth? It was an accident, obviously. Jeremy and Mueller did not deserve to hear "thanks boys for living life and damaging our boat! Come on up and we'll pay you for damaging our boats since we're old and therefor have NO reason to not love you and your cute antics" and it's kind of ridiculous and trollish to suggest that the British folks in the yacht were just being nasty and hateful over it.

It would have been nice to see either young adult look into the camera and say "gosh, after all was said and done, we felt kinda bad about hitting that boat" but clearly that didn't happen and instead we get two young men laughing about an accident and showing no remorse.

Considering its Jeremy and Mueller? I wasn't surprised - but clearly it was an accident.

David said...

No one suggested that they did it intentionally. That's hyperbole to suggest that's what anyone was saying.

I called them punks because their attitude throughout the video. They didn't express any remorse. They didn't feel bad. They didn't feel guilty. They laughed about it and said it was awesome. That's a punk attitude. No one suggested they did it intentionally. It was clearly an accident. However their attitude was punk-like.

I don't think they meant harm. I'm sure they weren't laughing at the time it happend. Any normal kid would have been like oh sh*t and laughed about it later. Especialy seniors at 18-19 years old. They're man boys at that age! It was obviously an accident.

Matt and people maybe should have taken it more serious... like oh sh*t they are gonna hit a boat maybe they'll get hurt. Not just laugh it off... I know my parents would be freaking and not laughing.

Should have been in the show! Also should have made a commerical with clips would have made for even better ratings!

Did everybody hear Mueller at the end say "I need a drink"?

Clearly a punk attitude. Likewise the entire show. A world class reunion of morons.
