Video of Jeremy Roloff and friends with trucks in snow

Jeremy's friend, who fans of Little People, Big World, are familiar with, Scott, put up a new video on his You Tube channel.

It's very recent, Dec 30st, 2009. Jeremy is the one working the camera and narrating.

I guess it's cuz I'm a girl, but I don't get the appeal of that...

But Jeremy got a haircut. Nice.

He fell at 3:04. lol. :)

Brandon said...

Poor Keith, the Roloffs are always bossing him around. On the show Zach was ordering him around during the kids soccer practice.

Here Jer is all "Keith!! Move!!!" ;)

Rap541 said...

Hehehe I haven't heard that song since high school. :)

lucas said...

WOW!!! Jer is awesome! He sure knows how to waste fuel, burn up the tires on trucks, disrespect the earth, and probably annoy any nearby humans or animals within a 5 mile radius. Too much money and too much free time imo. He's a manly man though, I forgot, lol.

I love it. Methinks (confirmed by Lucas' ramblings) the left-wing, tree-hugging, PETA membership card holding, limp-wristed liberals will be crying in their soup that Jeremy is spending his time with his most Conservative of friends. I liked that Bob ever since I saw his Myspace and saw his consverative views.

http://www.myspace.com/save_a_cow_eat_a_vegan

He is a Ron Paul supporter. Good sense. It's always good to see Jeremy surrounding himself with the right people.

Take that all you like Lucas the leftwing limp-wristed liberal >)

Expressed said...

Rap, what is the song? I don't know it. I thought it was a strange selection :)

Em, I agree. Jer's haircut looks great. His reaction to slipping was funny "Whoa, that coulda suckkked!" :)

Rap541 said...

Expressed.... It is a somewhat odd selection. Before the DBU's time for starters.

The lyrics are interesting.

Lucas, I think your comment was out of line.

They are just young guys having fun. It's their own vehicles in a place where they're allowed to do that stuff. It's not worthy of your comment

Jim W said...

RR, you are actually completely right. A lot of people don't like the Roloffs simply because they are Christian and right-wing conservatives.

Negative comments as a response to this video is ridiculous and just axe grinding.

It looks like fun. I'd do the same thing if I were them.

Dana said...

Jim, you might be right about it being because the Roloffs are right wing, but mostly I think the people that dislike Jeremy do it because they're jealous. They don't like to see him always having so much fun, enjoying life and the fact that he is rich really makes them mad.

Dana said...

And I liked watching the video! Thanks Scott!

Yes RR, seeing Jer with his Confederate Flag waving friends, warms my heart (eye roll). It's such a surprise that Jer was caught using the N word.

lucas said...

@ Roloffs rule and Anne--- limp wristed liberal eh? funny, I could care less about their conservative views. All I'm asking is that if you attend a private Christian school and spout about how Godly you are, WALK THE WALK!

I'm a Christian also and we were taught about Christians being "Stewards with Nature".

Hmm, where was it stated that "I brought you into fertile land to eat its fruit and rich produce. But you came and defiled my land... "
( wow, prophetic it was Jer. 2:7. you might have this book in your house)

Amy and Matt wouldn't have allowed that on their property, why is ok to do it on someone elses, I'm assuming public land... gesh...

lucas said...

.. oh and Jim--- I'm not a bit jealous of the filthy house they have, in fact I think its hysterical that they have 4 kids and haven't taught a single one of them to pick up after themselves....you couldn't pay me to live in that place.

Anonymous said...

Are you really going to criticize everything a 19 year old guy does? Seriously? I'm just wondering. Especially since this is nothing out of the ordinary.

I think you all see Jeremy as this hardcore christian who follows every word the bible says. He probably isn't. Many teenagers have their own views on life and religion. (Notice how I didn't say God, because God probably didn't even say half of that crap).

You christians are the most judgmental people I have ever seen. God supposedly said not to judge, or you will be judged. You do a great job listening to that rule. But it's okay since you treat land great and hate gay people. You'll be going straight up to Heaven alright.

Anne B said...

Lucas, oh come on. Running their trucks like they do is not "unChristian".

I can't believe you're suggesting that these young guys are not Christians because they run their trucks through trails like those.

It is not public land. I believe it is a place called Browns Camp. It is designed for exactly what they were doing.

Brandon said...

"I think you all see Jeremy as this hardcore christian who follows every word the bible says."

That IS what JEREMY says. The one saying he reads the Bible every night and is guided by God and only does things that please God, etc etc etc.

"You christians"

Who? You realize the Roloffs and those friends are Christians? Seems to me like THEY are exactly the type of people that you're criticizing. They do a lot of judging.

Anonymous said...

Jeremy annoys me so much. I don't even know why.

Roxanne said...

WhoHoo! Scott! More Scott and less truck next time :)

Ashley said...

I liked the video. I have some friends that do that kind of thing.

Did Jeremy shave the side of his head? His hair looks different.

Aaron said...

Personally, I can't imagine having that much money that I could do something like that (it does look fun) and not care how much damage I do to it.

Not to bash, but Jer sounds kinda effiminate at 3:03 when he almost fell. Just saying.

lucas said...

just for clarification puposes anon or whomever.. yep said i was Christian-- I support gay rights and environmental issues also , oh boo bad me. What bugs me is people thinking that all Christians are far right-..... heh, I'm as far to the left as possible.

Time for the far-right to quit claiming the throne on Christianity.

nice post brandon

chris said...

i don't really care that jeremy and his friends like doing this. it's their stuff and it's legal. have fun.

the only thing that bother me is that i know jeremy is big on putting other people down or thinking he's better because he's out doing stuff or puts people down for watching tv or playing video games (he does too).

this is the kind of thing jeremy is out doing. how is that more important or more worthwhile than someone who stays home?

Anne B said...

Lucas are you gay? You can't be a true Christian and "support gay rights" - I know what that is really means.

lucas said...

sweet anne, I'm a happily married mom for your info, not that it's any of your business. Hate is not a family value sweetheart. quit judging.

lucas said...

Love thy neighbor much Anne?

Anne said...

Lucas, you are the one that began hating on Jeremy because of this video showing him having fun with his friends in a perfectly normal and acceptable way. You even accused them of not "walking the walk" of the Christian faith. You are judging Jeremy and his friends.

Erica said...

Aaron, I think Jeremy sounds more like a stoner there, haha.

Carrie said...

"probably annoy any nearby humans or animals within a 5 mile radius."

Lucas, that's probably a good thing if animals were scared away by the sound, judging by all of the bloody and slaughtered animal carcassess on the myspace page of Jeremy's friend in the white truck.

http://www.myspace.com/save_a_cow_eat_a_vegan

Gross.

BCA said...

Thank you for passing this video on to us.

That's why we like Jeremy. He is an All-American boy. He enjoys trucks, not afraid to get a little dirty, risks and enjoys hunting and guns.

Expressed said...

Thanks Rap. The only thing it sounded like to me was that it kind of has the same beat as the Ghost Busters theme :)

Rap541 said...

BCA - that "boy" is pushing twenty.

Not to push the point, but one reason Jeremy acts like an immature child is because he's not allowed to be a man by his family and fans. I know "boys" his age and younger who are already Marines, with families and war medals, while Jeremy is still a "boy playing".

Oregon ain't Neverland.

Dana said...

Rap, please don't start. Mudding (I guess you could still call it that in the snow) is perfectly normal for a bunch of guys their ages.

Rap541 said...

Dana - What am I starting?

I haven't said a word about what they are doing, stop twisting what I am saying. :)

Or perhaps - since *you're starting something*, you'd like to point to where I had a problem with what Jeremy is doing? Since you just bold faced accused me in public of having a problem with mudding?

I merely think its inappropriate to refer to an almost 20 year old man as a "boy". I doubt Jeremy likes being called a child at his age, as well.

Just because you want to infantilize him, it doesn't mean he's still 14.

Disillusioned said...

Too bad I didn't check this before now...

You people are annoying!!! Why does everything the Roloffs do end up in a discussion about their religion???? They're Christians! Yeah...WE GET IT but you don't have to bring it up in every thing that is written about them.

You hold these people up to too high of a standard. Yeah they're on T.V., but for crying out loud, the Roloffs are just regular people who live regular lives just like the rest of us and I'm sure they'd tell you the same thing if they could. They make mistakes and teach people just like everyone else so quit making such a big deal about the little things that they do.

You judge them based on things that you really don't know anything about. Since everyone likes talking about Jeremy...lets talk about him. Sure he may have said some racist things and some stuff about gays but hey...I'm sure we've all said things where if anyone heard them, other people would crucify us just the same as everyone does with Jeremy. Now, I'm not defending Jeremy on what he said, I'm just saying that he is just like us, says things that may not be approved of by other people and we wouldn't like it either if people wouldn't be mature enough to grow up and move on to a different subject. The past is what it is and you can't change it so LET IT GO!!!!!!!

Dana said...

Oh Rap, I'm not getting into this with you again. Jeremy is a 19 year old guy who graduated high school 6 months ago. BCA referred to him as an "All American boy". It's a term. I hear 22 year old college quareterbacks referred to as an "All American BOY". It's a term.

You used BCA's harmless statement to write about Jeremy's immaturity and negative statements like pointing out who is more accomplished than Jeremy and "Jeremy is still a "boy playing".

All in response to a video of Jeremy doing a normal 19 year old activity with friends and because BCA used a harmless term "All American Boy" to describe Jeremy's interests.

Derek said...

Nice trucks.

M said...

What no gospel music playing in the background?! I thought that what Matt says Jeremy loves!! ;D

Connor said...

I don't think some of you understand what they do. They put a lot of their own hard work into their trucks. It's not like they have Dad send it to a repair shop. They do the work. It's designed for those trails. They build it and fix it in attempts to be able to make the elements the next time. That's part of the fun of it. It's a hobby.

Jocelynn said...

Good one, M :D Made me smile.

Rap541 said...

So Dana - to be clear - I'm *wrong* to suggest to his fans that refering to a young man as a "boy" is inappropriate?

You do realize that BCA isn't the only person who does refer to Jeremy as a child, or a boy?

He's 19 and 7 months. Do you think *Jeremy* wants to be called a boy?

Did it ever occur to you its actually not complimentary to refer to a grown man as a boy?

And I notice you pointedly ignored how you slammed me for a negative opinion over mudding that I in fact never gave. Thanks for lying about me. Better ask Jesus to forgive you :)

M said...

Thanks jocelynn.
I guess it's just one more of Matt lies... Give the people what he thinks they want to hear about jeremy. Good christian boy the he is. Yeah.

lucas said...

Carrie said, "...thats probably a good thing if animals were scared away by the sound, judging by all of the bloody and slaughtered animal carcasses on the myspace page..."

Carrie, that's an excellent point. If anyone should be making noise to warn animals of their impending doom, it should be the Jer-Man and his cronies. Funny.

M, I agree, why no gospel music??? that made me laugh as well- nice observation.

M said...

They are rich boys and when they total their cars mommy and daddy will buy them new ones.

Rap541 said...

Men, M. They aren't "boys".

Rap541 said...

"RR, you are actually completely right. A lot of people don't like the Roloffs simply because they are Christian and right-wing conservatives."

Actually what some people don't like is that the Roloffs don't portray themselves as right-conservatives in order to make money off lying.

If they support Ron Paul, why aren't they proud to say so? If they think homosexuality is wrong, why aren't they proud to say so? If they are proud to be "right-wing", why aren't they proud to say so?

Even their friends won't say "I'm John Smith, I hate gays and the Roloffs do too since I heard them say so". No... when it comes to actually putting their names to their beliefs, the Roloffs don't proudly say a thing. :)

And why? Because queer money, vegan money, liberal money? Spends just like right wing christian support money and when you *play both sides* you get more money.

What you don't get is self respect. If the Roloffs are so proud of their right wing beliefs, why are they afraid to say so? Why was Ron's charming missive on who isn't an American hid? Why don't people actually identify themselves and say they know these people are right wing from personal dealings with them?

I don't like the Duggar clan all that much but at least they don't pretend to be liberal for money.

lucas said...

Perfectly stated Rap!!! You're reading my mind.. Isn't it odd that a family wishing acceptance from others is now shown to be extremely judgemental of others??

Anonymous said...

@ Dana

Here's to hoping the 22 year old, (college) "quareterbacks", you've known have passed a basic high school english course.

Dana said...

Oh brother. A typo. The horror.

Jim W said...

Rap541,If they hid it, people like us would not know that the Roloffs and their friends are far right conservatives. Jeremy's friend "Bob" in the white truck does not hide who he is. I looked at the Myspace link that was posted. He is very outspoken about his far-right beliefs. He is not hidden in this video. Jeremy does not hide that he is friends with this guy. As someone said, he was seen on the show talking to Jeremy at the graduation party.

The show is a business and TLC runs the business. If they don't want to highlight the Roloffs far right conservative opinions, that's TLC's decision. The nature of LPBW is not to discuss political issues. It's not a "Meet The Press" round table or a political program.

If you're suggesting that the Roloffs run over their contract with TLC in the name of yelling their far right opinions from the rooftops, than you're just being moronic.

If the Roloffs were afraid of people knowing they had far right opinions, Amy would not have put the link to Focus on the Family on her website for however long it was displayed on her site for, 6 months? I think the only reason she replaced it was because she updated her site and added her charity foundation link. If they were hiding that they are conservative there would never have been the Focus on the Family link and everyone on internet sites like this one would not know that the Roloffs are far right.

M said...

Ha my bad "men"
They sure act like boys....

:)

Roxanne said...

I like Scott in the comments on the video.

"even Jer Says you got stuck for a second"

"haha jer doesnt know anything..."

Haha.

Mitch said...

Great vid! The fun is in seeing how much you can put it thru and break free on your own.

Cynthia said...

Yeaaaah for OSU! Btw, the girl in the video, Courtney, and Scott are dating now. Love the picture at .19 secs. Cute <D

Timothy said...

On the trucks, it's a hooby. If they enjoy it and are prepared to put the time and money into it for their form of an adventure, more power to them.

About Scott, I'm pleased to hear that at least one of those guys sees the benefits of spreading his wings. I assume by the distance, he is not living at home, he is not spending every second of every day with his childhood pals, he actually needs to bump into people are not Christian, and he's meeting people who did not attend Faith Bible Chrisian school. He's an example for the rest of the "buds".

Amber said...

I agree Cynthia. Good looking guy with a manly truck out in the grizly woods. I like that combination. :)

Jenny said...

This is kind of off topic, but Scott is 50X better looking than Jeremy. Sorry Jer fans. Cynthis, that IS a great picture! Courtney is very pretty and that is a fantastic picture of Scott.

Austin said...

Hmmm, I noticed Scott deleted the comment on You Tube where someone said that Jer guy is the kid from the show with the midget parents and he has a midget brother.

I guess they still don't like the "M" word?? I thought the Roloffs and their friends didn't care about words like that anymore? Oh that's right, they just don't care when it's them using F***** and *N*.

Tom said...

I might be out of place here, as I have never seen this television show.

I know Scott's father. He's a very smart man. I heard he had a son that was sometimes on a television show, but never looked into it. Now I know. Thanks :)

lucas said...

Guys don't need "manly trucks" to prove they are men. For years assumptions have been made about guys that need to 'prove themselves' to other men. (something lacking there, or the bigger the car the smaller the..) Mature women know that men that don't need to prove anything to anyone end up being the best Dads, not show-offs.. For many of us women, guys that respect the outdoors, in a quite and peaceful manner, are our "grizly" men. maturity will bring you to this realization.. ( we camp all the time without generators, or big noisy trucks)
Real men know how to build a campfire, heck, I know a certain little boy that can do that and he's 8.

zander9 said...

hooby? O.K. , this is the last straw lol. So Jeremy and his friends concentrate on hoobys? I don't doubt that. I'll make sure to send my future children to a school environment that teaches basic spelling/keyboarding. Jers friends are a horrible advertisement for a small Christion school settting.

Christine said...

I like how he wrapped up the video with the rear view mirrow shot.

That must be part of Jeremy's photography obsession that Matt talked about in the last newsletter.

"Thanks Jer, your camera rocks"

They should be thanking the fans for making Jeremy rich enough without working to afford an awesome camera like that!!
