Matt and Amy Roloff Video Announcement on You Tube Re: Little People, Big World special

Matt and Amy Roloff made a You Tube video together promoting their return to TLC on Little People, Big World.

If you haven't followed the whole story (there are some links in the sidebar if you want the real story) -- just so you aren't confused, the series is not actually returning.

It's scheduled to be 4 specials and the first one will air this coming fall.

They sound so desperate.

Oh yeah, sooooooooo many changes. Jeremy and Zach still live at home, playing like immature teenagers with no responsibility. There are still signs that Jacob is still as bratty and out of control as you would expect from a kid whose parents are more interested in being celebrities than with being parents.

There's no big changes.

I agree and so FAKE! They need to do their own promotion via youtube! Lol!

I know they are just trying to promote their specials but if there was all these big things happening than what would be the point of having Facebook Fan Pages and Internet Coffee Chats?

I don't think Matt and Amy grasp the concept that the internet is real time updates.

They've never sounded more like media whores than they do now.

Matt is really excited to be returning...but don't forget, he wanted out since November 09. He can't even keep all his lies straight.

There's nothing to update! LOL!

I'm still confused how you do a reality show sharing important events in their lives when it's filmed for what, like a few hours for a couple of days? Yeah that's a great way to capture reality. It'll be more scripted and contrived than it was before.

I am glad they are coming back. Fans were asking for it, nothing wrong with them making a video about it.

They got into character well! They sound so fake, the tone of voice and everything.

It's crazy that people used to say the liked the Roloffs because they seemed real.

I wonder if Amy regrets, when the show was off the air, admitting that Molly and Jacob didn't like doing the show and only did it because Matt and Amy told them they were all doing it.

Probably like all other things Roloffs, they just hope people forget what they said in the past.

I know Matt and Amy are grown adults, but I keep on thinking how bad it reflects on their parents. The Knights and Ron and Peggy raised such devious people that are all about self-serving attention and lies.

Wow, they are becoming quite the actors, aren't they? (cough) Phony as a three-dollar-bill.

In fairness to them, they had lots of practice reading cue cards and being fake from doing their show for so long.

So what's the point of their facebooks And Coffeee chats?

This is really pretty fake seeming.

Mind you, I don't think it is the sum total of TLC's planned advertising.

A thought- when I check it just now, the vid has been up for 18 hours and has 441 likes...

These people are like a bad case of crabs....you just can't get rid of them no matter how much you medicate the area.

I for one won't be watching the specials I plan on being busy those nights washing my hair playing with my dog writing a letter to my state senator (I'm from Oregon) demanding stronger laws controlling children "performing" on reality shows and how they are paid or even just staring at the walls.

Like any good compulsive liar Matt has told so many lies to so many different people that he can't keep them straight and now he's even tripping himself up on those lies, it would be funny if it wasn't so sad and pathetic.

These people need to go away and realize that the "fame" they have is due mostly to the fact that people still like to gawk at the "freaks" just like back in the days of my grandfather's childhood when you paid 25 cents at the state fair to see the side show and the oddities within.

It would be ok if there was any realism or honesty but they became so fake and out of touch with real people.

I used to like the Roloffs but after reading about them I have not use for them. They're very two-faced phony.

It takes 4 months to produce a bunch of nothing?

I won't be watching. I no longer watch anything on TLC and will not until they stop exploiting children (Toddlers and Tiaras, Duggars, Gosselins, etc.) and ruining lives, all in the name of money. The famewhore Roloffs are egotistical liars and hypocrites and I hope the ratings are terrible. Like the Gosselins and Duggars, they just need to go away.

Lacey said...

Yeah, this means they're facebook postings will be lame since they are saying 'wait until October'.

Justin, Rap, and jacknorey: It sounds desperate because IT IS, it seems fake because IT IS, and I plan to be busy those nights as well....you know, being a productive member of society and all. :) I'm loving the humorous comments on this blog post. They made me smile, so thanks :)

I laugh. They heard that Justin Bieber got started on Facebook, and everyone knows how well that went.

So they figure, why not the Roloffs?

(Personally, I look forward to Amy's day in court. What will she wear?)
