Little People, Big World New Episode May 23, 2017

Here is a recap of the New Episode of Little People, Big World which aired on TLC Tuesday May 23rd, 2017.

Written by Rap541
===================================

Hmm more bonus scenes. Oh hey, weird thought. Has anyone noticed that Matt has almost totally given up on wearing the signature red shirts? I wish Audrey would take that hint. Amy’s friends asking for “the down and dirty” really made me wish Amy would just be all “so first he ate me out…”

Oh, there’s gonna be some real talk on birthing! I so love how Auj and Jer are sorta irked at how they aren’t the experts and this is a lengthy talk about placentas and Jer is all “I’m grossed out”. Oh Jer,, wait till you see it! Maybe try an episode of Call the Midwife first, they are delightfully graphic (awesome show btw). In the scenes with Dale and Veronica’s kids, they don’t seem that into the kids. Also in this scene, I think Jer’s hidden bottle on the table is beer.

Oh hey, if Jer and Auj are moving to Portland, I trust there is an expectation that they WILL be loudly and proudly committing to joining the blessed church of John Mark Comer? I mean, there’s really no excuse if they live in Portland now. Revisiting Jer and Auj snobbing their way thru houses reminds me yet again how neither of these two have jobs.

Hmm Auj muses to Jer about having a baby shower in their new house in a “flashback” that wasn’t in the prior episode. Auj, I know you’re a Roloff now and that synonymous with having no manners, but you shoudlnt be planning your own shower.

Amy meets her BFF Lisa at a restaurant. Lisa is still “OMG! CHRIS! Six months! WHEN ARE YOU SHACKING UP!” Amy thinks she might have scared off Chris with her intent to marry. Lisa mentions how Amy needs to not continue mixing her finances with Matt. Amy wants her own income, and we’re not mentioning the show income at all. Amy wants to open a restaurant and Lisa wants to work with Amy on this as a partner! Ugh, if I have learned nothing from reading Anthony Bourdain’s books and watching Anthony Bourdain, its that restaurants are a shitty investment,

In Bend, Jer pours tea for Auj. He haybales how he has the reins for the decision on moving. He of course does what Auj wants, as Auj previously articulated that she wants to be closer to family. Jer needs to cut his hair or learn how to wash it or comb it.

Matt and Amy meet in the office to discuss the family dinner. Matt wants to use the family dinner to discuss various business projects. He haybales how he wants the farm to be too enticing to them to make them stay at the farm. Amy wanted a more casual meeting. Matt is like “lets check out the powerpoints” and Amy is like “why are we not asking the kids about how they are and what they are doing?” Amy is frustrated and Amy, little tip? Let Matt have his family dinner where he has an agenda and have your own family dinner where you check up on them.

Zach wanders in with bad news. Sully has liver cancer and stomach cancer. Amy even mentions that it’s Tory’s first baby.  It’s sad.
Sully is buried. Amy remarks how sad it is. Tory is all “he’s my best friend” and cries. There’s a lengthy homage to Sully. Zach worries that this is stressing Tory out and he hopes she’ll cry and release emotions. Wow, Tory hugging Zach and crying was powerful.
Matt and Caryn talk about Sully. Matt is sad, there’s a moment, and Caryn puts it back on the work thing.

At Tory’s house, there’s flowers from the funeral and wake. Tory makes her mom dinner and Zach mentions Sully and kills the mood. Tory and Zach both note that the house is empty and there’s more photos of Sully than anyone else at the house.  Everyone reminisces about Sully.

Wait, now Lisa and Amy are opening a restaurant. They’ve hired a consultant! God this sounds dumb. They ignore the consultant knocking. There’s an actual cat on the table for the consultant to see. The tripod for the presentation collapses. Amy wants a casual relaxed quaint place. The consultant is like “Bitch please, restaurants are loser businesses!” and is pretty realistic, in my opinion. Amy and Lisa reconsider how they are gonna do a restaurant.

Oh look, its Jer and Auj in another different car. They have how many now? The bmw, the jeep, the suv from last week, this week’s four door thingy. Jer and Auj pretend to care about Sully. Then they wander about. Jer muses about moving back and how different it is. Matt muses on how he moved his pregnant wife around a lot. Jeremy drones on how complicated it is.

Zach wanders into Amy’s kitchen for food. He mentions the DAS thing. Amy notes how its awkward even tho it’s a great opportunity. Zach drops the “its prolly a dwarf” bomb.

So, Zach is upset but is also noting how the pictures look average sized. Zach notes he’s trying to not react or be weird with Tory. Amy is all “don’t worry, but pay attention to Tory”. Zach recalls how being physically different was awkward and at times was unpleasant. Amy tries to buck him up but is realistic.

Now they’re doing a DAS photoshoot. Zach greets the little people family. The photo shoot goes well. Zach is made to hold Emma the dwarf baby. Caryn takes pictures. Zach asks Andrew the model about having an LP child. Andrew is a really short guy dwarf. Emma seems to have a lot of health issues. For the record I find it odd that they can’t know definitively.

There’s a family dinner, aka just the twins and wives. No mention of Molly and Jake. There’s some discussion of the dwarf diagnosis. Tory says it could be a dwarf and Audrey smiles at the news. Oh jeez. Zach and Tory are still excited. Oh hey for the first time, we see Jeremy pray.

Jer and Auj are moving to Portland and house hunting. They’re looking in Rock Creek. Tory notes that cousins will be down the street. Amy wants Sunday dinners to be a tradition. She also notes how a baby is a miracle. Poor Tory looks a lil puffy. I do note that this meal didn’t involve any PowerPoint displays. Interesting how Amy won that battle off screen.

I know some people will mention in relation to Sully dying that the "Babymoon" referenced was the Hawaiian trip that clearly wont be mention on the show and how Tory was a monster for not seeing the dog's illness, so I welcome all commentary from experts on what was discernably wrong with the dog in prior episodes.

I also note that "We aint got no place to live" Jer and Auj went on that babymoon to Hawaii as well, despite you know, being pregnant and having NO PLACE to raise the child that isn't coming from their parents.

I cannot believe how they are exploiting whether or not the baby is an LP.

It absolutely baffles me at the stark contrast between the two couples. Zach bought a house, hmm how long ago? And so now they've completely nested, and have a nursery and everything has been set up for Jackson for months. I'm sure Tori started as soon as she found out she was pregnant. That's so smart. Now the baby has stability right out of the gate.

Leave it to Jeremy and audrey for being completely last minute and having no plan, no home and no nursery for baby. It is due in August. It's May. Where will they raise the baby? And isn't it a bit telling they move back only once they're pregnant? Had Jer not knocked up auj they'd still be in Bend skiing every weekend, hanging by the lake playing catch, and going out to dinner every night. Oh and I forgot going to their home church which audrey puts on her story every time to make sure we KNOW SHE ATTENDS SOME SORT OF ORGANIZED CHURCH / YOU DONT NEED TO GO TO A CHURCH BUILDING TO HAVE A RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD. But now... now they move back to Hillsboro to be closer to family because audrey can't bear the idea of having a baby without the help of all grandparents AND aunty Tori.

How often do you think these kids are going to go on vacation and leave baby Curl with Grandma Amy? The same grandma they could NOT imagine living with? It is hysterical. Just like they left that poor cat every other week, they are probably going to leave the baby. These two are in for a YUUUUGE reality check.

Haha get it.
Reality.
Check.
Their only source of income. Ah, I make myself laugh.

great recap. In Tori's defense, I lost my cat in January with no more than 24 hours notice, so sad to lose a pet. Actually enjoyed no "snarking" this episode, but I gotta say Jer is a dip shit. His proclamation "this is insane" when discussing an LP child. Shaking mt head.
Ya know, I can only hope that they ARE just acting for The Living Circus and are not all shallow in real life. {In regards to last week's show--- You can tell Odd one has been reading Google with all of her "Classic nesting" talk (lol->snicker-roll my eyes). And Chris comes across cold and very insincere-- thanks Rap, look forward every week to your review :)

I've lost two dogs to the same type of cancer; neither showed symptoms until they were literally dying. Dogs are stoic and hide their discomfort until they can't.

How soon before we see jer in a romper?

RIP Sully.

I don't know of another grown man describing a trip as a "babymoon", instead of just plainly saying "when we got back from Hawaii...". I sense a TLC producer was in Zach's ear reminding him to reference the trip as babymoon and not call it by it's actual name of the place.

Why does Jericurl and Audrey trepidatiously sit in the landing by the front door every time they arrive at Amy's now, like if they venture too far into the house they might see or smell traces of Chris' musk. I sense alittle aloofness on the part of Jeremey towards Amy, like he resents her for choosing to sex it up with Chris instead of knitting booties by the fire for the gaggle of babies he will providing her to grandparent, full time, 'cause there ain't free childcare in Bend!

It's ridiculous that Audrey and Jeremy never mentioned jobs once when deciding where to move. I can't imagine two adults making such a decision as to where to live, and employment/job opportunities aren't even considered or discussed, it's just, oh well, family and friends, no flight path, wherever, you pick!!!!

Zach made me so proud last night. He did such a great job dealing with Sully. He went to someone he trusted to discuss his doubts about a little person baby. And did an amazing job with the photo shoot.
On the other hand, Jer managed to show up on time for dinner.Which he then smirked his way through. And weirdly enough both he and Tawdry look as if they are transitioning to the opposite sex, not that there's anything wrong with that.

I now officially hate Caryn.

And now that we've seen what happened with the dog the nasty, selfish bitches who wouldn't shut up about how immature and selfish Tori was can apologise and shut up.

The hawaiian vacation Zach, Jermy and the wives went on at the Grand Wailea for a week on TLC's bill about two months ago will probably turn up as a "Twinning Babymoon Special Episode" a 2 Part Event. I can't imagine TLC paying for all that, and not incorporating it into the 64th season, although the trip coincided with Sully's passing.

Can't wait for Jer and Auj to reveal with smoke bombs (pretentious) that they are having a child...A female child with a love for booby trap building and reality tv.

Beth said...

no offense but, you all have to realize that TLC edits the shows how THEY want it to be seen. On their social media account, losing SULLY was very hard on TORI and ZAC and Jer and AUG were really sad for them too -- it was a very hard time for Tori.. so the way TLC made it look its completely different to how it really was as Tori wrote about it herself ..

a lot of people talk about how much reality TV is edited to CRAP to make them look however they want, so I don't blame Jacob for not wanting to be a part of the show. They totally twist scenes around the way they want it, when its completely different than how it was.

I truly believe this reality show ruined Amy and Matt .. NO doubt..

I just think its sad that this blog puts down all the people in this family, yet you seem to forget that TLC and the producers play it out for DRAMA ...

Pumpkin Salsa, Eww said...

Did anyone else notice or find interesting when Matt told Amy that Jeremy and Zach don't like to be asked what are they're up to, or how's work, or what are you doing?"

It's obvious those two men are embarrassed that they don't have financially sustaining careers, yet have wives and children to support and are buying quarter to half million dollar homes. I bet Jeremy and Zach are tired of having to answer that question on camera without sounding like slacker teenagers. They have exhausted all the possible ways to deflect the "what do you do question" with "...just taking photos, coaching little kids soccer in the night, starting a blog that my wife does the majority of the writing for, or lord forbid 'write a book'(eye roll)."

I bet Jeremy told Matt, "stop asking me what I do on camera, it's embarassing 'cause I don't have a job."

Suzy B said...

Live your review, Rap! I would bet that they know, but are holding out for the suspense. Not that in promos all season, Zach says something very close to "he's not different, he's just like me.' Sounds like actual present tense to me.

Why is Auj smiling at finding out that baby Jax is likely a dwarf? Because that means her gravy train continues. Two average height Roloff grand babies is likely a harder sell to TLC than LP Zach with LP Jax.

Ann said...

This show is so fake, but what is real is that there is absolutely no family unit. They all are me me me....that dinner was so awkward and just for filming. Is it my imagination or is everyone annoyed by Jeremy, no one was jumping for joy that he was moving back. And when tori was explaining the baby's measurements and jer says with a laugh what does that mean, what a douch bag, gee Jer what the fuck do you think it means.

Lovetori said...

Did everyone see Audrey's story on Snapchat last night? Apparently she was upset about the comments left on the TLC page under the video of her 'cravings.' I just looked them up and they are pretty scathing. All true but scathing nonetheless lol

Audrey's condoms said...

Jeremey got really perked up when he heard his nephew measurements were below average, he evn said the sonogram pictures were "textbook acon." I'm convinced Jeremy is really tone deaf when it comes to empathy and sensitivity towards others, like he's ackward and cold instead of compassionate and engaged to the other person in the room.

Why is Audrey "giving the reigns in the living decision" to Jeremy when he has evidenced absolutely no direction or plan for their future except living in Amy's attic until she croaks? He literally answers every question about their future with "I don't know, it's complicated, who knows, and holy smokes."

Ashley said...

@Unreal, I totally agree with you. Well said. I think that's totally what it is. Exploiting whether the baby is LP.

Also, by Zach's big smile while telling Amy is fears...do you think he was smiling like that because he knew it was a big lie all for a dramatic plot story, let's convince the viewers the baby is a dwarf. I found his big smile weird.

But they are totally exploiting whether the child has dwarfism or not.

Amber Waves said...

Oh, the fake scenes are getting to me.

I get that the cameras aren't around 24/7, but Zach and Amy are horrible actors, Jer too. For instance, Zach was smiling (from embarrassment for having to reenact the scene, no doubt) when he told Amy about Sully and when he talked about the baby possibly being a dwarf. Poor Zach. Amy's reaction was so planned too, especially the Sully scene, it was godawful. And Jer's "That's so intense" was a ridiculous response to the baby maybe being a dwarf. How about "Whatever he is, God still loves him"?

There's a lot of reenacting going on in this show. Some things are genuine, you can tell. Like when Amy looked hurt and wanted to crawl under the table when Chris said he wants to take it one day at a time. Precious Moments! I'm of the belief that Chris is a bit of a noncommitting jerk. He's snarky at times.

Also, Audrey hates Amy, which is so obvious when Amy says she has a bedroom on the second floor and Audrey looks as though she is thinking, "There's no way I'm living with you, Whore!" Got to love those judgmental evangelical christians (with a little "C").

To be honest, why do any of them smile, LOL! This show is so scripted I just tune in to see the awkward writing of dialoge and the ACTING of said script. Jeremy and Audrey are complete and total assholes. They appear to be SO BORED! but yet they get paid for their appearances! END THIS SHOW NOW! I would love to see how Jer and Auj make mortgate payments let alone take care of their baby when the cameras stop recording. This show is unbelievabley histerical!!

Sara said...

Beth, Matt was an asshole long before the show started. Being an asshole ruins relationships.

Ann, how are T and Z "me me me". Seems their concern is for their baby and dead dog.

Ashley, lots of people smile when they are anxious. It's a coping mechanism/tic.

Jer and Auj need to cut their hair and grow. the. fuck. up.

Jer to Auj: my twin had balloons at his gender reveal party, I'm goin to have SMOKE BOMBS, DUDE!

The concept or this show is like beating a dead horse with the Matt and Amy divorce, it's like move away and have separate lives already, and zach and Jeremy are getting too old and too boring to be dragging out the twin brothers and sons shtick, it's tired.

How does Jeremy and Audrey afford the insurance and cost of 4 cars, they literally have 4 cars which have all been featured on the show and their social media. Please share with your "fans" how you can afford such extravagances on a bloggers budget!

@amberwaves Oh my gosh I agree about Oddry hating Amy. She looks like she can't stand her. Was it always this way? I stopped watching the Roloffs for a while.

Love your recaps. I hadn't taken note of Matt's relinquishing the red shirts.

And yes, Oddrey certainly did smile at the possible-dwarf-diagnosis news. Little does she know an LP diagnosis will make Zach and Tori's storylines even more popular.

Sacred Ground said...

It's so stupid how Jeremy and Audrey tell everyone how they are just constantly having to travel from Bend to the farm all the time, constantly, alot. Well, why do you HAVE to go there so much, WHICH THEY NEVER GIVE A GOOD REASON FOR, BY THE WAY.

If it's to see the famiy every weekend that's 4 hours away, I'm not buying it, no one does that in a normal situation, and it's not to work on the farm, because helping a few weekends in October during pumpkin season does not justify telling everyone year round that you are a farmer.
Oh, I know the reason why they constantly just have to travel all the time: TO FILM!!! TO FILM A REALITY SHOW ABOUT TAKING A POO!

Jeremy and Audrey need to stop describing their reason for travelling and, now moving, cause it's for the neighborhood and family, it's for the cash that filming the reality crap brings. Why work for a living, when you can just have some dude film you whipping your jericurl around while stuffing a bagel in your morning bloated face, "suckaaaaas!"

Stop It, Please said...

Time to stop blaming ALL the problems with Roloffs on TLC editing. Yes, no doubt the shows are edited for fake dramatic effect. But under it all there is still a kernel of truth.

For those of us old enough to remember Sonny and Cher, they had a TV shtick where they constantly bickered and belittled each other. All for TV right? Yet it was not long before the divorce. The truth was out there.

Under all the TLC fakery, the fact is these people are largely dysfunctional and deeply unpleasant and that’s explains why Molly and Jacob got as far away as they could as fast as they could.

But the real problem here has been apparent for a while but really comes out this season. This show has become incredibly BORING. Lots of use of the Fast Forward button. In fact, the only real fun part of this anymore are the reviews, and the “no life of their own” trolls trying to stir up trouble.

The BIG family dinner Auj and Jerm travelled 3 counties to get to turned out to be a sad looking taco/burrito looking thing on a giant plate. Hey Amy, can you at least provide an appetizer to this powerpoint presentation, I mean, meeting of the families meal? Not even an Amy-Soup-of-the-Night-soup in sight at this thing!!!I want Amy's Soup Night soup!

Jermy was probably pouting because he knew if his mom really cared she would have invited them all to soup night, and not this forced dinner with half the family!

Audrey looked ready to eat either the tablecloth or Jeremy's elbow she was so dissatisfied by the limp burrito on the giant plate.

Peculiar Dynamic said...

At this point, the only real non acting, non reenacting scenes people on this show are Tori's parents, total amateurs in the reality acting dept. (that's a compliment). I wonder though how much TLC pays them when they show up on camera or when a best friend, or lover, i.e. Chris, or Caryn, perform in a scene.

I would love to know if Chris and Caryn are being compensated by TLC for literally dating a Roloff (gross)!I would never be involved with a person who accepts money for that reason. There are no signs of Audrey's parents on this show and they only live one mile from the filming.

In every haybale interview Jermy wears the same black shirt and denim jacket yet Audrey wears a completely different outfit from one haybale interview to the next. Does he just sit there while she runs off for a costume change every 5 minutes, it's distracting.

This show will become worth watching if Caryn and Chris have an affair on camera behind Amy and Matt's back, or if Caryn marries Matt and becomes the evil stepmother of Pumpkinpatchland. Whose with me?!

Audrey can barely make eye contact with Amy now. It's like she's lost respect for her since she chose "embracing" the booty over her boy.

Why does Jeremy say he always has to travel back and forth from Bend to the farm? He never actually gives a reason why he travels 8 hours every weekend. It makes no sense because he never offers an explanation, are we supposed to just go "uh huh" and not ask why? It's obvious he is not employed by the farm, so what's the point for the constant travel? He just has see mom and dad every weekend at 27yrs.old?

You could practically hear crickets when Jer and Oddj "formally announced" they are moving back home. Nobody seems excited or even surprised, Matt was all "There goes my tools" and Zack was all "what are you looking for up here you idiot?"

Sara- Z and T seem ok, but to perpetuate worry and concern over their child being a dwarf for a storyline on a reality show to earn a paycheck is gross. Z teaches soccer part time and the only way he can do this without another full time job is earning money from the show, which is fine, but in my humble opinion they crossed the line using their unborn child's possible dwarfism to obviously keep ratings. Matt and Amy sold out their family for this show so Z was raised doing this and to me that is disgusting, And for them to be shocked and scared that their child may be a dwarf is obsurd and frankly fake. Z was raised to use his family for money and to see him and T actually doing this is sad.

Rap541 said...

I don't know much about the medical issues of LP's, but since Jer has 2 LP parents, is there no chance that he would ever have a LP baby?

He's at a slightly higher chance than a person with non dwarf parents but it is unlikely.

Amy's form of dwarfism is genetically dominant. Zach got the gene, so Zach is a dwarf. Jeremy didn't get the gene, so he is average height. He doesn't carry Amy's form of dwarfism, his chances of having an achondroplasic child are the same as anyone else's.

Matt's form of dwarfism is recessive. Jeremy may be a carrier of dyastrophic dwarfism so if Audrey is ALSO a carrier then they could have a child with dwarfism at a higher percentage. However, Audrey says there's no history of dwarfism in her family, so she's an unlikely carrier.

As much of a ratings bonanza it would be - I admit I would be utterly shocked if Jeremy and Audrey produced a dwarf child because its really unlikely. Not impossible - because its not impossible for anyone to have a dwarf child, but its only a really slightly higher chance than a completely random couple that they would have a dwarf child.

Thanks to RAP for an excellent recap.

The so called "family dinner" was as interesting as watching paint dry and Amy is talking about opening a restaurant. This has to be a fleeting TLC plot line. Apart from that one course "dinner" if I remember rightly Amy couldn't even cater the infamous "glamping" episode.

On the subject of glamping - I assume the tents that Jeremy so cleverly and expertly "erected" were paid for, erected and since removed by TLC.

Amy talking about financial independence is interesting. Presumably a free house, trips, dinners with Chris paid by TLC and her "acting" and appearance payments from TLC are not enough. Is she talking about selling the farm and getting her 50% in cash?

One of the frustrating aspects of the show if lack of follow-up.
Something is introduced for one brief scene then it is gone.
We never hear anything about the Roloff "empire" unless it suits the story line. Who has been running the stool business since we saw them being assembled in the barn? The one Matt showed Zach looks a lot more sophisticated design than the original but how does Matt suddenly needs Zach to run the business? What does he want Zach to do? Travel around selling the product? His size might help but I don't see much of a salesman in Zach's personality.
How is Amy's wonderful salsa selling?
What happened to the glamping business?
What happened to the wedding business?

This show is so far from reality it is not amusing any more.
Cameras at the ready inside and outside Zach's house when Matt "drops" by to see and approve the upgraded kitchen.
Even bigger joke is Matt cautioning Zach about spending.

Why are there comments about whether Amy and Chris are having sex but nothing about Matt and Caryn?

Watching two of the most boring, self centered people on the planet house hunting is BORING.

Ikr??? I think the issue is that as Odd is aging, she is losing whatever tiny bit of "youthful glow" she may have had in her teens/early 20's. Then the ten pounds or so of makeup Odd slaps on her mug really accentuates the aging process and makes her look extremely masculine. Oh, and her narcissism, homophobia, & special snowflake syndrome also make her incredibly unattractive and challenging to look at as well. All in all, Oddpoj is just an unfortunate looking person.

Matt and Caryn is tawdry and messy since Caryn by virtue of being an employee of the farm has betrayed an unspoken trust with Amy and the family. That situation is completely warped, and watching Matt try to justify it or dismiss how wrong it is (cause she still works there) is hard to stomach. I didn't think there was any respect left to lose for Matt Roloff until this happened!

As for the wedding business, glamping, resturant, dwarf stool business, these are just episode material fluff plots. It's tv sitcom 101: in this episode watch Matt want to sell the farm, in this episode Zach "directs a photo shoot" for the stool business (we all know Zach is not a director), in this episode watch Jermy and Auj advise on their friends wedding planning because that's just what they do, in this episode Amy starts a bed and breakfast business, but in the end they all just go back to the reality show living farce of sitting around and keep gettin' them TLC checks. None of them will do anything really "real and lasting" besides having kids (everyone does that eventually, it seems) until the show is over for good.

The reality show money is a crutch like having a mommy and daddy that pays for everything and you never have to actually, really work. The Roloffs and Audrey are in a position to not have to stick with a job or fully commit to a job because they are each getting a quarter million dollars every season to be filmed eating food, kissing their lovers and dogs, and sit and chat about mundane everyday bullshit.

The real world is nothing like what these people are living, so why do they keep saying they're just like us.They are liars in that respect, acting like they work really hard at their jobs when we know their job is the show and that is their gravy train. They don't pay their bills from selling pumpkins or having a blog, not in 15 years!

There needs to be an episode about how each one of the Roloffs become financially independent from...TLC reality crap tv!!! Amy's seeking independence from the farm? Did I miss a chapter? What income does the farm generate year round outside of October? As long as Amy keeps doing reality tv she is already financially independent, who does she think she's fooling?

The farm is a beard, a front for maintaining the "heart" of the reality show concept, which is the main character of the show. Matt won't sell the farm because he knows: no farm+no show=no $$$. I bet once TLC cancels the show, Matt will liquidate the farm.

Sacred Ground, TLC will continue to pay the Roloffs and film the show as long as people watch and it's worth it to them.

It's on the viewers not to watch.

There was a time a long tong long time ago when you could argue the show had some educational value, but that stopped after about Season 2.

TLC is in my book, now coined The Living Circus...Peter I agree, as long as WE all watch, there is something to see, or write about {guilty}. Ecoss, I agree--what has happened..salsa, weddings.? I also agree that the show is about LITTLE PEOPLE, Big World... wtf??
Rap, and others,...this board is FAR more entertaining than the show now~ I could NOT care less is A and M with A N Y O N E. Chris is cold. Amy comes across as """begging""" for it (gag). Matt is a HORN DOG. Sacred, I agree with you also. God Bless Molly, Josh, Jacob and Isabelle, and baby Jackson(((((the single only star who could have given the show LPBW some legitimacy..
PS Rap, in the meantime- PLEASE keep this post going~

Did anyone notice that Aug doesn't even look pregnant in the moving photos? She even has her hand around her hip and nothing is protruding. Strange. It baffles me that they think we're supposed to be happy that they got a house and don't have jobs.

I have come to believe there is not much there when it comes to Jeremy. He is not the intelligent, creative high achieving go getter we sorta thought he would be grow up to be. Does he have ADHD because he's always shaking his legs and looks past the person he's talking to and always talks about his situation, his journey, his peculiar dynamic.

He's the guy you date in your twenties and then don't take seriously in your thirties.

Old Timer Bible Man...........where did you expect her to be since she just gave birth??
She has up to 12 weeks of maternity leave to recover. THEN she will choose to return to work, or not...but it's HER choice. Get it now? SHE gets to say where she "belongs"--every day, everywhere. You get to say nothing about it. You'd better get busy building your altar for animal sacrifice or memorizing and obeying Leviticus --check the burn laws on the first, and get Hooked on Phonics for the second.

I don't want to be rude but that man that Mom is dating looks like he just wants to be along for the ride and he already stated that he didn't want to be on the end of her being upset what kind of relationship is that she deserves more so I'm going to watch the next couple of episodes and see if that man I don't know his name maybe Chris but I don't know I'm not good with names but it seems like he wants his cake and eat it too or maybe he just likes the novelty of being with a little person Novelties tenderwear up and she'll get her heart broke I don't know she will read this I don't want you to be I want you to guard your heart and I want you to be safe I know the relationship between her and Matt if I got the name right is Rocky and has been for many years so she's looking she needs somebody who's looking back not just wanting weekends with his like he has with his other female friends friends with benefits I want to say keep my hand over your heart and protect it like it's a metal shield and let him prove himself Worthy of you so be careful and God be with you

Okay this is my second try at trying to leave a message I'm not good at this it has to do with mrs. Roloff once removed dating the man does not seem like he has enough respect for you seems like he wants his cake and eat it too everybody has rough patches in their new relationships if not it's not a true relationship he's already commented that he saw it in your face the anger towards something and he doesn't know what it would be like to him if it was directed that way but like I said he seems to be a guy who just wants to have his cake and eat it too so protect your heart meet people find the perfect one for you at six months there should be some sort of a commitment easier friends for your more than friends please protect your heart and don't make it if he doesn't fit your suit don't make it so you don't try again you are cute enough to find someone you don't have to try so hard and you know the thing about drinks see if you can do it without so social drinking because I think that confuses many people's minds oh he likes me so much we had so much in common while we were at the lounge while we were sharing drinks well let's see if you still have as much in common with no alcohol just on your end he doesn't need to know you're not drinking you can have a fruit mixer or he won't have a clue just make sure you order your own drink at the bar and bring him back his seemed safer in the long run and if he is a good fit and not possessive aggressive if he still wants is friends with benefits of the other female friends that's a hint what you do with the hinges of Q but it's like a brick wall that kind of hinge

So, yeah, Zach smiles when he gives bad news?

Jerkemy and Oddjball don't work but can buy a house?

Zach brings up bad memories of being teased and not fitting in but the family turns around and does the same to gay people?

Sara - I like Z and T but they are well aware that they have a 50/50 chance of having a LP, I just find it disappointing that they are using their baby for such dramatic affect, maybe I am not expressing this correctly, but my point is that Matt and Amy were approached to do this reality show and to keep the show going at some point they completely sold their family out to the show. I don't believe for one minute they would have been able to keep their farm going without the TLC paycheck so to keep that money they sold their relationship and the authenticity of their family for this show. And now Zach and Jeremy are doing the same. Neither have employment to support their families, so it is disappointing to see Z and T using their baby to keep the paychecks coming from the show.

TLC puppet interviewer: Hey Jeremy, how did you afford your house?

Jeremy: "How did you afford your house?"

I work a full time job and saved my salary.

Jeremy: "I burp, yawn, drink beer and say the same 5 words over an over while a dude films it, like a reality porno without the sex, and wait for my TLC allowance. I PIMP MY LIFE"

Zach should take over the stool company and build a coffee bar with free wifi in it. Or perhaps blinged-out stools encrusted with Swarovski crystals that you can charge your cell phones from! I would buy one and I'm afraid of heights.

For someone so inept with typing and communication, how did you stumble upon this website?!?!

Jeremy's Stepford wife said...

Matt behaves so matter of fact about his relationship: Caryn STILL WORKS FOR THE FARM!!!Pick the job or the relationship, but continuing with both is radically insensitive to Amy and a major conflict of interest!

All this soap opera stuff must be show driven. Everything these people do is motivated on a subconscious level for television ratings, they'll never admit it, but it's human nature to dramatize if you are encouraged/rewarded with money and attention.

Official News

Zach and Tori announced that Jackson has Dwarfism

Anonymous said...

So People magazine has confirmed that Zach and Tori's baby, Jackson does have dwarfism.

Jeremy and Audrey's home sold in the high 400's. This is all TLC money folks from filming. I don't get how they expect the audience to relate to a young 'rich' couple who don't work, and only make money from a reality tv show.

Annoyed said...

Auj posts an Instagram story showing the two sitting in their living room "just chillin..." the Tuesday after Memorial Day. They also just returned from a weekend in Bend. Are they serious when they say they're "just like everyone else?" Everyone else is working.

I just read that Jackson is a dwarf baby. So over this family, but have been waiting to hear about the baby.

Lovetori said...

The LPBW/People Magazine Facebook page just confirmed that Zach and Tori's son is a LP. Very sad for them I'm sure but the absolute best family for this sweet little boy to be born into. Excited for them as they start their journey!

No doubt, Odj and Jer are disappointed that Z and T and getting so much attention over this.

Also, can I just say that I think Zach has delivered bad news over the past few episodes with a smile on his face because he can't help it. People have been ripping him to shreds over this but I truly think he can't help showing his teeth. He certainly isn't smiling over losing Sully or talking about his son's health. I think that's just the natural way he hold his mouth.

Come on, people. Let's use common sense.

It came out today that the baby is the same kind of dwarf as Zach

All the yapping about Auj 'nesting' makes me want to smack them. Nesting doesn't happen til the very last weeks of pregnancy, not before you're even showing. Fuck, what an attention hoor.

Taken from a people.com article and there was also a video where Zach says it too.

"But Zach — who has shared his life on his family’s TLC reality series Little People, Big World since he was 13 — says there’s nothing he wouldn’t do for his son, who, like him, was born with achondroplasia, the most common form of dwarfism."

Rap-thanks for explaining about the gene pool, and Jers tiny chance of a dwarf baby. Love coming here to read what you write, only watched the show once this year, when I was shocked at Auds major change in appearance! She looks nothing like the day she was married, but then again, neither does Jer! They have not been together long enough to do the marriage-morphing, but it sure is already happening to her.
I am happy that Tori & Z have had their precious baby boy, they will be the best parents! Especially Tori, she will be such an awesome mother to little Jackson. I wish them nothing but the best.

Punctuation, please! And a complete thought perhaps?

I am not a fan of either daughter in law. Audrey is so dramatic over everything and Tori annoys the crap out of me.No one out of these 2 couples works at a regular job. Zach needs a skill other coaching soccer or a made up job working for his dad. Molly is clearly the brightest child. My hope is that Zach's child grows up to be better looking than his dad.
